Weekly Goals:

Reading/English/Phonics:  

This week we will be reading the story Around the Pond.  It is a nonfiction story.  We are working very hard on nonfiction and learning strategies to understand what all the components of nonfiction are.

Math:  We are going to be working on addition, subtraction, and data analysis.  It is VERY important that you start practicing your addition and subtraction facts thorugh 20 right away.  The sooner student practice these and get them memorized the easier it will be for them.

Spelling Unit 10: 

Watch for the student's spelling list that will come home each Monday in their B.E.E. folder.  Please practice these words to help students with their spelling test on Friday.
